Cancellation Policy for Registration, Accommodation and Transfer
- Registration, accommodation and transfer payments will be refunded if a written cancellation is received by Topkon Congress and Event Services on or before 24 April 2026 (UTC+03:00 - 23:59); however, for accommodation payments, the charge equivalent to one night’s stay will be retained as a cancellation fee.
- Please note that there will be no refund for cancellations received on and after 24 April 2026 (UTC+03:00 - 23:59). No shows will be applied, 100% of total booking and taxes will be charged.
