Cancellation Policy for Registration and Accommodation

Accommodation payments will be refunded as one night, if a written cancellation is received by TOPKON before 1st of March 2026.

Please note that there will be no refund for cancellations received on and after 1st of March 2026. No shows will be applied. All refunds will be made after the congress.
